Our supplements and teas should be taken as instructed on the individual packaging. Our teas are loose leaf , so require the use of a tea infuser during brewing.

If you have trouble swallowing large tablets, the Myoplus tablets are nearly tasteless and crumble easily, so you can chew them and swallow with a sip of water.

To start seeing noticeable results, we recommend you take MyOva for at least three months. Most clinical data suggests that after six months the majority of women will see an improvement.

If you've not seen any positive changes after six months then it's unlikely MyOva's going to work for you, and we'd recommend stopping taking it.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

If MyOva is working for you it is safe to continue to take it on an ongoing, long term basis.

The shelf life of our supplements is two years. Please check the best before date which you will find on the base or lid of the bottle.

All the ingredients of MyOva occur naturally in the body and in certain foods, and should cause no side effects if taken at the recommended dose.

Myo-inositol can cause nausea, tiredness, headache, and dizziness if taken in excessive dosages. And excessive amounts of chromium supplements can lead to stomach problems and low blood sugar, and damage to the liver, kidneys, and nerves. However, side effects from taking chromium supplements are rare. Folic acid is safe for most people when taken by mouth or injected into the body. Most adults do not experience any side effects when used in doses less than 1000mcg daily.

You should always consult a doctor before combining MyOva with any medications or other supplements. We do not recommend taking chromium in conjunction with any other medication that effects your blood sugar levels.

All of our products are naturally sourced, and should not interfere with the pill. We do howoever recommend double checking with your doctor to be certain.

Yes, for higher daily myo-inositol intake, you can combine 2 tablets of Myoplus with the daily dose of either the Metabolism, Preconception, Hair, Skin & Nails, or Balance. This provides 4000mg of myo-inositol daily (e.g., 1 tablet of Myoplus + 2 tablets of the second supplement in the morning, and the same in the evening). You can also combine 2 tablets a day of the Myoplus with the full daily intake of the Women's Multivitamin to provide 4350mg of Myo-inositol a day. This is still well within safe daily intake limits for Myo-inositol.

It is possible to combine Balance, Metabolism Hair, Skin & Nails, or Women's Multivitamin but we recommended not to exceed mixing two different supplements at the same time.

Taking Balance, Metabolism, Hair, Skin & Nails with our Preconception supplement is not recommended.

Taking any other supplement alongside our Preganacy supplement is not recommened.

For higher daily intake of Myo-inositol, the Preconception can be combined with two tablets of Myoplus per day (e.g.,
1 tablet of Myoplus + 2 tablets of the Preconception in the morning, and
the same in the evening).

This results in a total daily dose of 4000mg of Myo-inositol and 600ug of Folate, safe for women trying to become pregnant.

Taking Preconception with either the Balance, Metabolism or Hair, Skin & Nails is not recommended.

No, taking our Preganacy supplement with any other MyOva supplement is not recommened.

Orders, Shipping & Returns

Standard UK shipping costs £4.00 for all orders under £40. Free shipping applys to all UK orders over £40.

Standard UK shipping usually takes 2-5 working days from the date of order but this is not guaranteed and can occasionally take longer.

Express Delivery costs £6.30 and takes 24hrs from the time of dispatch. Orders placed after 12pm, at the weekend, or on a bank holiday will be dispatched the next working day.

Orders placed during the weekend, on a bank holiday or after 1.00pm will be dispatched the next working day.

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to weight. Delivery times to addresses outside the UK can be up to 21 days.

To help minimise the risk of loss or delay during international transit, we currently limit EU & international orders to a maximum of three products per order.

If you wish to purchase a larger quantity, please place multiple separate orders.

We ship to all EU Member States using Royal Mail Tracked services.

As an EU Import One Stop Shop (IOSS) registered business, we collect the applicable VAT at checkout on eligible orders and complete the necessary customs declarations before your parcel enters the EU.

Customs Duties & Charges

From 1 July 2026, the European Union removed the previous customs duty exemption for low-value consignments (up to €150). As a result, customs duties or customs administration fees may now apply to EU orders regardless of their value.

While MyOva collects VAT at checkout where applicable through the IOSS scheme, customs procedures are administered by the destination country's customs authority. Depending on your country and the shipping service used, you may be asked by the carrier or customs authority to pay import duties, customs administration fees or other import-related charges before your parcel can be delivered.

Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Please note that any customs duties, taxes or administration fees paid directly to a courier or customs authority cannot be refunded by MyOva.

Italy

The Italian customs authorities currently apply an administration fee to certain parcels imported from outside the European Union. Where applicable, this fee is payable by the recipient and is determined by the Italian authorities. The amount may change from time to time.

International Shipments

International orders of any value may be subject to additional taxes & import duties which are the responsibility of the customer and are usually payable to the courier company on delivery.

Unfortunately, the exact amount can vary widely from country to country, so we’re not able to predict or adjust it in advance.

This policy applies only to consumers whose delivery address is within a Member State of the European Union.

In addition to MyOva's standard Returns Policy, EU consumers have certain statutory rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. These rights cannot be excluded or limited by our Terms & Conditions.

Your Right to Cancel

If you purchase products from MyOva online for delivery within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate, other than the carrier) receive the goods. If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, the 14-day period begins when you receive the final item.

You may exercise this right even if you have simply changed your mind.

How to Cancel

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us before the end of the 14-day cancellation period by sending a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

Returning Your Products

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your order, you must return the products to us within 14 days.

Unless the products are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Products should be returned unused where reasonably possible and in their original packaging. However, you are only liable for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned goods (or evidence that they have been sent back), we will process your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned products or proof of return.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless you expressly agree otherwise.

Your refund will include:


  • the full purchase price of the cancelled products; and

  • the cost of our standard outbound delivery service (where applicable).

Any additional delivery charges you selected (such as express or premium shipping) are not refundable.

Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

For reasons of health protection and hygiene, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been supplied sealed and become unsuitable for return once unsealed after delivery.

Accordingly, if you open the safety seal on any MyOva food supplement, botanical tea or other sealed consumable product, your statutory right to cancel that product may no longer apply, unless the product is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Your statutory rights relating to faulty or non-conforming products remain unaffected.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights if products are defective, damaged during delivery, incorrectly supplied or otherwise fail to conform to the contract.

MyOva 180-Day Returns Policy

Our voluntary 180-Day Returns Guarantee may provide additional rights beyond your statutory EU cancellation rights. Where our voluntary policy offers greater benefits, you may choose to rely on that policy instead.

This statutory cancellation policy does not replace or reduce any rights available under our standard Returns Policy.

All of our orders are dispatched as soon as possible after being placed. Therefore, we’re unable to make any changes to any orders once they have been processed . This includes cancellations, changes to your shipping details, or adding, removing and swapping items within the order.

We can, however, offer you a refund if items are returned! See the following questions for details on how this works.

Sorry, we’re unable to cancel orders that have already been processed and dispatched. You’ll always receive your reminder email to notify you of your subscription renewal at least 2 business days before it’s processed.

To access your subscription simply click on the "ACCOUNT" icon in top right hand corner of you screen or click on the link below.

Click on the "MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION" button, add your email address to "Email field" box then hit the "Send Subscription Login Link" button. You will be sent a link via email which will take you to your subscription without the need for a password. From there, you'll be able to pause or skip orders, adjust the products in your subscription, or cancel it entirely.

Subscription Login

Our refund policy lasts 180 days. If 180 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with an unbroken seal.

Please remeber to include a printed copy of your order confirmation/receipt detailing your order number), with your return. For international returns please indicate that it is a return on the order confirmation to avoid taxes and duties. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance otherwise we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Check your shipping confirmation email to ensure your order is heading to the correct address. You should also be able to access tracking details from the courier for further information on where your order is. We carefully inspect all products before shipping to ensure they meet our highest quality standards. However, if you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us at hello@myovacare.com as soon as possible.

When reaching out, include:

  • Your order number
  • Details of the product you expected to receive and/or the issue with the item received
  • Whether you’d prefer a refund or a replacement
  • A photo of the product and dispatch note
