Amazing supplement!

I’ve been taking inositol for the past few years and it has genuinely been one of the best supplements I’ve tried. I started taking it to help with my PCOS symptoms and over time I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my overall health. What I like most is that the benefits built up gradually and consistently rather than being a quick fix. I’ve found it easy to take daily, with no noticeable side effects and it’s become a permanent part of my routine. Combined with a healthy lifestyle, it’s helped me feel much more in control of my PCOS symptoms. Everyone’s experience will be different but for me, inositol has been absolutely worth it and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for additional support with PCOS or hormonal balance.

Still at early stages, but feeling definitely a diff in symptoms, especially PMS ones.

I have suffered with heavy periods all my life (I’m now 40) and since I began having children 12 years ago, they became debilitating. Extreme flooding, unable to leave the house for 1-2 days each period. After just 1 month of taking this, my period is back to normal, heavy but normal. This is incredible!

I really notice a difference in my PCOS when I'm taking these - my hormones feel far more balanced and my skin is clear.

I used a different brand to take Myo inositol, but this is easier to take since i can have meals before or after taking.

So far I am pleased with the product. My period was on point and that what I need. I really hope this stays on point.

I think these are my favourite Myo-Insitol I’ve ever taken! I started them once I got back off holiday and had started a subscription. Because of how happy I was after my first week I’ve cancelled my subscription to order the hormonal balance bundle. Whilst I haven’t see full affects yet I have had little to no side affects from this brand, and I’m glad to support a brand made for people with PCOS by those with/fully understand PCOS without jumping on the bandwagon!

After less than a month of taking these supplements, my long lost period arrived. I now have so much more control over my appetite, and now my cycle is down to 32 days in two months - when I normally have one period a year. Magic!

Worked wonders for me!

I take one morning pill, and one evening pill. Pills are big and hard to swallow, sometimes get stuck in my throat for a couple of (painful) gulps. Capsules would be so much better. Didn't expect this format, to be honest. Can't imagine taking 4 at once, as suggested.

Incredible. Just under a month of use and I got my period back! (it's been 7 months since my last one). I'm excited to keep using.

I have pcos and was diagnosed 6 years ago. For the first 4 years I had three month long cycles. I began to work harder on exercise, nutrition, sleep, reduced alcohol & caffeine intake, within a year and a half my cycles went down to 5 weeks long. Two months ago I began to take myoplus and my cycles went down to 4 weeks. Which is amazing! So pleased.

Delivery was super fast. I would prefer smaller tablets. Just few weeks taken, so need tome to figure out how well the product is working.

Not a review yet but wanted to know if these can be taken along sidenother vitamins such as milk thistle/ magnesium and turmeric

I am a pcos nutritionist and myova has (finally) created a winning formula in the right doses that isn't too expensive. I use it with 80% of my clients, and results I have had include weight loss, reduction in cravings, reduction in testosterone, more regular cycles and improvements in skin.

I had bought these after being diagnosed with pcos.
Unfortunately they are impossible to swallow - I've never seen tablets this big in my life. I was struggling as they kept getting lodged in my throat, so resorted to crushing them - unpleasant taste.
After using for a few days, I found I was struggling to sleep. I was not aware of the fact that the tablets were responsible for this - after stopped a few days, my sleep resumed to normal. I was extremely restless when taking the medication, and saw only negative changes in mood as opposed to anything good.
Will not be buying again, and would not recommend - I have reached out to the team, but have quite literally been ignored. Do not buy this product without doing full research and testing before investing a lot of money.

Arrived quickly, well packaged. Might be a bit early to tell if it is hugely beneficial, however I would say that my last period was mild and I think my skin looks clearer and my energy levels better. I think I might be clearer headed. I will buy again.

I found the tablets to big to swallow seeing as you have to take 4 a day. Other then that they was a great product.
