Subscribe & Save Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the terms and conditions ("Terms") for our automated ordering service ("Subscribe & Save").
If you place an order through Subscribe & Save, you accept these terms, conditions, limitations and requirements. Please read these Terms: carefully.
Subscribe & Save is a subscription service offered by MyOva. MyOva reserves the right to change the repeat order benefits, the discount amount and free delivery offer at any time. By signing up to Subscribe & Save you agree to a minimum of 2 orders over a period of your choice, where you will be required to purchase at least one bottle per order. You understand that you cannot cancel until after the 2nd order. By placing your order, you are authorising us to charge your payment method for at least 2 orders and then future orders at the frequency you have selected, unless cancelled by yourself.
Skip your deliveries, change the frequency or cancel your subscriptions at any time after the initial 2 orders minimum period, by logging into your account at https://www.myovacare.com/account/login . On all subscription orders you will qualify for and free standard delivery. You’ll receive a 10% discount for all subscription orders.
All transactions are subject to our standard terms and conditions. If you cancel any order after the 2 order minimum period, you will be refunded with the amount you have actually paid for the product(s).
3 to 5 days prior to your subscription delivery you will receive an upcoming orders email. The price you pay will be set out in your order confirmation email.
Only items marked with the ‘Subscribe & Save’ on product pages will qualify for Subscribe & Save benefits.
We may terminate your subscription at our discretion without notice. If we do so you will only be charged for orders that have been dispatched to you.
Only items marked as eligible will qualify for Subscribe & Save benefits. To see a full list of eligible items, visit http://www.myovacare.com/collections/shop. We may from time to time, at our sole discretion, add or remove an item from Subscribe & Save. Subscribe & Save benefits may not be available for all items being delivered to all countries.
You must have a Myovacare.com account to register for a subscription and purchase items through Subscribe & Save. We reserve the right to accept or refuse Subscribe & Save orders at our sole discretion. Subscribe & Save is personal to you, and you may not assign or transfer it or any of the benefits associated with Subscribe & Save to any third party. Each Subscribe & Save order constitutes a separate offer to BrighterLife Health Ltd to purchase a product.
If any Subscribe & Save item is not available on the day it is scheduled to be dispatched, we will notify you of the delay and will attempt to fulfil the order each day for a two-week period. If the product becomes available during that two-week period, we will dispatch the item to you using a faster delivery method at no extra cost to you. If the item does not become available during that two-week period, we will notify you that the order has been cancelled and we will attempt to send the next order on schedule.
If any Subscribe & Save item is no longer available, we will automatically suspend your subscription for that item and advise you of this, and no additional orders associated with that subscription will be placed. If any suitable replacement exists, you will need to create a new Subscribe & Save order for that item.
If any problems arise with your delivery address or payment method, that we are unable to address, we will notify you via e-mail using the e-mail address associated with your order. In such cases, your Subscribe & Save subscription will be automatically placed on hold and no additional Subscribe & Save orders will be processed or dispatched until you resolve the problem and reactivate your subscription. Subscribe & Save discounts and any limited time promotions in effect apply only to eligible items displaying the offer message on the Subscribe & Save item information pages and by selecting the Subscribe & Save delivery method.
All returns under Subscribe & Save are subject to the Myovacare.com Returns policy. Subscriptions are good while supplies last or until the Subscribe & Save discount on a particular product is cancelled.
Fees and Renewal
The total cost charged to your payment card for each Subscribe & Save order will be the price of the item on the day your order is processed, as detailed in the order confirmation e-mail for each of your Subscribe & Save orders, less the applicable Subscribe & Save discount, plus VAT where appropriate.
The charge for each Subscribe & Save order will be charged to the payment card used to create your subscription or as otherwise directed by you. If we are unable to complete your Subscribe & Save order with the payment card you used to create your subscription, you authorise us to update your subscription with another payment card we have on record for you and to charge that payment card for your Subscribe & Save order.
Your subscription will remain in effect until it is cancelled. If you cancel your Subscription and then reactivate it, the discount applied to any Subscribe & Save item may not be the same discount in effect at the time of cancellation. If the Subscribe & Save discount percentage for such Subscribe & Save item changes, the new discount will be applied to your future shipments of that item. Special limited time subscription promotions only apply during their effective dates.
You must cancel your subscription with 48 hours of receiving the notification email that a charge is coming up otherwise we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel it before the payment is taken.
Termination by Us
We may terminate your subscription at our discretion without notice. If we do so, you will only be charged for orders that have been dispatched to you. Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with these Terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.
Limitation of Liability
Myovacare.com will be responsible for any losses you suffer as a result of us breaching these Terms if the losses were reasonably foreseeable to both you and to us when you subscribed to Subscribe & Save. We will not be responsible for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) nor will we be responsible for any other indirect or consequential loss that is not reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when you subscribed to Subscribe & Save. BrighterLife Health Ltd does not limit in any way our liability by law for death or personal injury caused from our negligence or breach of duty or caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Subject to the preceding sentence, our maximum liability to you will not exceed the amount of all Subscribe & Save subscription payments actually made by you during the course of your subscription.
