Sadly I’ve had to rate this a 1 star, not because of the quality of the product per se. I’m disappointed to say that is has caused a reaction in my body. Many years ago I developed Lichen Planus pigmatosus from using drugs for insulin resistance during IVF. Sadly this product has triggered it in my body again and I started developing dark patches on my face & neck within a couple of days of starting it. I don’t know what ingredient it causing this. My feeling is it could be the chromium I’m intolerant to. I have also developed an allergy to platinum. It’s very frustrating, as I don’t know what it is I should avoid as a woman with PMOS! I have had to discontinue the use of the this product sadly.

Really impressed with this. I feel positive no notedark cloud at that time of month, less bloating and less cravings. I’ve been exercising and changing diet slowly but this has clearly helped with weight loss

I have been taking these for around 2 years now. They are amazing. Whilst I was redeveloping myself (after my ex husband left me), I went in a weight loss journey that I’d never thought possible. I lost 4 and a half stone in a year and I do feel that these helped massively. I have managed to keep to a steady weight now and will continue to take these. I start taking MyOva because I have a PCSO. This month I didn’t have any symptoms before my period like before. Still at the beginning of the bottle , but I have feel less bloated and mood changes are gone. I start loosing some kg.

I was struggling to get a clear PCOS diagnosis from my GP and became a little impatient so decided to give these a go. Admittedly I was quite skeptical, but after unsuccessfully trying to convince for almost a year I was happy to give this a go.
My very first cycle while taking these supplements was completely different. I ovulated much earlier and I completely think this was down to the tablets. We were amazed that we conceived straight way that very first month on the supplements! It's difficult to say if these were the sole reason for our success, but the change in my cycle was definitely a contributing factor.
I've continued taking these supplements through the first trimester as they included all the recommended does of nutrients. My other PCOS symptoms are still present but in reality I haven't been taking the supplements for very long. My only tiny criticism is that the tablets are very large and aren't very easy to swallow.

I enjoy this tea as it does help me feel more relaxed physically and emotionally. It also aids sleep

Nothing much no difference yet

I've been taking 1 Myoplus and 2 Metabolism twice daily for about 6 weeks and after years of unexplained bloating, I'm finally starting to get my shape back. Haven't even been exercising more. I'm so chuffed. Feeling much more normal, and this period was longer (had started to get concerned with it reducing to 3 days and then 2).
Ive suspected I may have PCOS for a while, though wasn't sure. But thought I'd give this a go. Whether I do or I don't, MyOva is the first thing that's helped me regulate my hormones in years and I'm really grateful!

I took them religiously for about 6 weeks but didn't really feel they made a difference, until I stopped. I stopped taking them for a week or so and I was craving everything sweet and bad for me. I have since restarted them and I feel so much more regulated and I don't have any cravings at all any more! I recommend and strongly advise you to persevere!

These are amazing! I have only being taking them for two weeks but I have noticed I haven't been craving sugar like I normally would have an evening. As someone who HATES swallowing tablets and the taste of make me shiver. These are amazing i chew them with some water and they taste fine!! (May even say nice) Hopefully I see even more positive affects in next coming weeks.

I have started taking the MyOva Preconception tablets as I am trying for a baby. I went on them for 3 months and forgot to subscribe for more. I took a short break as I wasn't sure they were doing anything for me. Well My PMS was awful, my moods were terrible and I really struggled. I hadn't noticed how bad my periods were affecting me until the tablets made things better so when I stopped them my PMS hit me full force.
They have regulated my periods to 31 days and I don't feel so awful during them in terms of moods and heavy flows.
