Take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening.  We recommend using this supplement consistently for 90 days. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Combining Balance with our other supplements

It is possible to combine taking the recommended daily intake of 4 capsules of Balance with 4 capsules of either the Metabolism or Hair, Skin & Nails, but we recommended not mixing more than two supplements at the same time.

Another option is to combine the recommended 4 capsules of Balance with two Myoplus daily to reach a daily dose of 4000mg of Myo-inositol.

Taking the Balance, Metabolism or Hair, Skin & Nails with our Preconception supplement is not recommended.

I waited about 2-3 months to leave a review just to make sure I’ve not hallucinated the impact MyOva has had on my body. And so far, I can only say good things. Excellent product slow delivery

I have been using Metabolism and will now start taking Balance and Beauty. All the products are amazing, since I’ve started taking them, alongside a healthy diet and exercise, I’ve had a full healthy cycle. Unfortunately the only reason why it’s not 5 stars is due to the delivery. It takes a really long time to be delivered, even with me living in a neighboring country. I have ordered things from the UK that arrived two times faster. It took around 23 days to be delivered. Apart from the delivery, the product is amazing!

Poor customer service

It took 13 days to receive my shipment. When I contacted customer service, james told me there was nothing he could do about it, and that we just had to wait to see what happened with royal mail (rather than contact royal mail to confirm the product was lost).

Looking at our records your original order was placed at 2. 11pm on Friday the 4th of October so it was dispatched first thing on Monday the 7th of October, the next working day. You contacted us by email on Friday the 11th of October to say your order hadn’t arrived, which was only 4 working days from the time of dispatch. Shipping can take up to 5 working days, and according to the Royal Mail tracking details your order was still in transit, so James asked you to wait one more working day until Monday, at which point, if the tracking details hadn’t been updated, we would send a replacement bottle. Having seen that the order still hadn’t been delivered on Monday the 14th of October, James sent a replacement bottle to you, which was dispatched on the Tuesday the 15th of October and was delivered successfully on Thursday the 17th of October. In total, even with the original product going missing, we successfully delivered your order in 8 working days. The estimated standard shipping time of 2 to 5 days stated on our website is only a guide and not a guarantee as unfortunately once an order has been shipped, we're at the mercy of the courier company, and there will occasionally be issues which are outside our control. I am currently trying to conceive and after having my contraceptive implant taken out I've felt my body is needing some extra TLC. My periods were a bit erratic and I was having random bouts of spotting. I also felt exhausted and just run down. Since taking these pills I now have regular cycles which run like clockwork and I ovulate each month. I have also lost weight and feel much healthier. I have no problem swallowing the tablets despite them being quite large. I would say they have also helped to regulate my mood for the better.

Good but not the best value

These worked well and did not give me any side effects. They are quite big so can be difficult to swallow and I�ve found another brand with the same ingredients but cheaper.

MyOva supplements & teas are natural food supplements and everyone will undoubtably have a different experience. Any nutritional change to diet takes 4-12 weeks for effects to be seen, so we recommend taking MyOva for at least 2 to 3 months.

If you decide this is for you, we offer a 15% discount on any 3 bottles when purchased at the same time and a 25% discount on any 6 bottles.

If there have been no positive changes after 3-4 months, then it's unlikely MyOva supplements are going to work for you unfortunately, and we'd recommend to stop taking it.

We are unable to offer medical advise and recommend that you speak to your GP before taking any MyOva product alongside any existing medication.

Folate is a natural form of Vitamin B9, found in food sources like leafy greens, fruits, and legumes. Folic acid, on the other hand, is a synthetic form of Vitamin B9, often used in dietary supplements and fortification of processed foods.

While both forms can be converted into the active form of Vitamin B9 in the body, Folate, which we use in the form of 5-Methyltetrahydrofolate Calcium, is better absorbed and utilised than Folic Acid, making it the preferred form in our supplements.

After extensive research, we decided not to use D-chiro inositol due to some small studies suggesting that the supplement may impact your chances of conceiving.

An Italian study found that women who took D-chiro inositol had fewer eggs and lower quality embryos compared to those who took a placebo.

Because many of our customers are trying to conceive, or plan to in the future, we want to ensure that we offer the most effective solution.

All the ingredients of MyOva products occur naturally in the body and in certain foods, and should cause no side effects if taken at the recommended dose.

Myo-inositol can cause nausea, tiredness, headache, and dizziness if taken in excessive dosages. And excessive amounts of Chromium supplements can lead to stomach problems and low blood sugar, and damage to the liver, kidneys, and nerves. However, side effects from taking chromium supplements are rare.

Folate is safe for most people when taken by mouth or injected into the body. Most adults do not experience any side effects when used in doses less than 1000mcg daily.

Yes, for higher daily myo-inositol intake, you can combine 2 tablets of Myoplus with the daily dose of either the Metabolism, Preconception, Hair, Skin & Nails, Balance or Women's Multivitamin. This provides 4000mg of myo-inositol daily (e.g., 1 tablet of Myoplus + 2 tablets of the second supplement in the morning, and the same in the evening).

It is possible to combine Balance, Metabolism or Hair, Skin & Nails, but we recommended not to exceed mixing two different supplements at the same time.

Taking the Balance, Metabolism, Hair, Skin & Nails, Women's Multivitamin with either our Preconception or Pregnancy supplement is not recommended.

Swallowing pills can be a challenge for many. Fortunately the Myoplus tablets are nearly tasteless and crumble easily, so you can chew them and swallow with a sip of water. Alternatively, you can crush both the Myoplus and Preconception tablets and mix them with yogurt or a similar food.
