I have been using Metabolism and will now start taking Balance and Beauty. All the products are amazing, since I’ve started taking them, alongside a healthy diet and exercise, I’ve had a full healthy cycle. Unfortunately the only reason why it’s not 5 stars is due to the delivery. It takes a really long time to be delivered, even with me living in a neighboring country. I have ordered things from the UK that arrived two times faster. It took around 23 days to be delivered. Apart from the delivery, the product is amazing!

Just received these recently and so far my body seems receptive of it with some improvement on energy levels as well, though too early to tell on hair, skin and nails. Will give it about a month to see any physical difference on improvements. Feels good.

This is a brand I have never heard of before ebb though I take lots of vitamins and supplements...Its UK made to high clinical standards which is always what I look for.The ingredients and health benefits are mainly cosmetic not could help boost your confidence with skin nails and hair.. My advice takes only one tablet with lots of water...Worth trying a tub and see how you get on...

I've been pretty stressed lately and have had hair falling out. These pills obviously don't reduce my stress, but they have helped reduce the hair loss because my hair is a lot stronger and more resilient, and it looks much better now too! Would recommend!

Easy to swallow capsules. They're really having a noticeable effect on my joints, my skin, hair and nails, and my overall sense of wellbeing. When considering the additional nutrients and the price per capsule, I'd still recommend them as they're a worthwhile investment in yourself.

The myo-inositol content is good and the addition of other skin and hair friendly minerals doesn't hurt. It isn't cheap, but it's a good collection of ingredients in one tablet.
