Very good tasting digestive tea. I can actually taste the ginger and lemon and it has a good aroma. I use two tea bags instead of one and get the perfect spicy cup. I enjoy a cup each night without adding anything else to it! I have tried other brands and they're just not as good.

My first go at this went horribly wrong. I brewed the tea for far too long and it was the most bitter tea ever. I don�t mind bitter but this was next level. I drinkable. The second round it was great. Once the water boiled, we put 4 teaspoons in and let it rest in there for a minute or two. It has a pleasant subtle taste. Nothing was overwhelming. I love lemon and ginger but both of these were not very apparent. Not the best tasting herbal tea. But certainly the most earthy one. I felt good after drinking it. A very relaxed and soothing feel.

Lovely herbal tea blend that's easy to brew and store. The tea itself is very light but can become a touch bitter. I love this after my dinner to help unwind and relax as part of my nighttime routine. Is this a miracle solution, no, but combining this with my routine has helped me feel more at ease and ready for bed later on. Nice tea I'd recommend trying and you can always add some honey for sweetness if you prefer x
