I had to bin these after taking for only a few days - the smell was absolutely unbearable, and they made me feel incredibly nauseous. When you're already struggling to keep food down, you don't need vitamins which make it worse.
I would also flag that when I messaged the company about this (to check I hadn't received a bad batch), I received an AI generated response. I'm not keen on a women's health company relying on AI to provide advice, particularly during pregnancy where any errors in information can be quite dangerous. AI in this scenario feels ripe for error.

The smell you've described is most likely coming from some of the active ingredients within the formula, particularly the B vitamins (especially choline-containing nutrients), iron, iodine and certain mineral compounds, all of which can naturally have a strong odour. While these ingredients are important components of many pregnancy supplements, we completely appreciate that heightened sensitivity to smells during pregnancy can make them much more noticeable and, for some women, intolerable.
Unfortunately, nausea and taste or smell aversions can be particularly pronounced during the first trimester, and while many customers take the supplement without issue, we recognise that others find the smell or aftertaste exacerbates existing pregnancy sickness.

I have suffered with heavy periods all my life (I’m now 40) and since I began having children 12 years ago, they became debilitating. Extreme flooding, unable to leave the house for 1-2 days each period. After just 1 month of taking this, my period is back to normal, heavy but normal. This is incredible!
I just started to take the Menoplus and I have no adverse reactions. It feel better emotionally.
I really notice a difference in my PCOS when I'm taking these - my hormones feel far more balanced and my skin is clear.
Sadly I’ve had to rate this a 1 star, not because of the quality of the product per se. I’m disappointed to say that is has caused a reaction in my body. Many years ago I developed Lichen Planus pigmatosus from using drugs for insulin resistance during IVF. Sadly this product has triggered it in my body again and I started developing dark patches on my face & neck within a couple of days of starting it. I don’t know what ingredient it causing this. My feeling is it could be the chromium I’m intolerant to. I have also developed an allergy to platinum. It’s very frustrating, as I don’t know what it is I should avoid as a woman with PMOS! I have had to discontinue the use of the this product sadly.
I used a different brand to take Myo inositol, but this is easier to take since i can have meals before or after taking.
I waited about 2-3 months to leave a review just to make sure I’ve not hallucinated the impact MyOva has had on my body. And so far, I can only say good things. It’s definitely helped with water retention, feeling more energetic and I eat pretty much the same as I always have (which is a pretty balanced & nutritious diet) and yet am able to keep a steady healthy weight.I no longer fluctuate 3-4kg up or down randomly, no heavy legs, no puffiness (except the occasional times when travelling for long hours). I started taking MyOva because after 15 years, I finally decided to do something about my PCOS. I am very pleased, much more than I expected. I used to think that my body just works the way it works (which is, again, great most of the time). I just didn’t realise to what extend these small changes could improve my wellbeing. Thank you!
Really impressed with this. I feel positive no notedark cloud at that time of month, less bloating and less cravings. I’ve been exercising and changing diet slowly but this has clearly helped with weight loss

I have been taking these for around 2 years now. They are amazing. Whilst I was redeveloping myself (after my ex husband left me), I went in a weight loss journey that I’d never thought possible. I lost 4 and a half stone in a year and I do feel that these helped massively. I have managed to keep to a steady weight now and will continue to take these. They are expensive, but they are worth it. So thank you My Ova xxx
Tablets are so big and to get the amount needed you need to have 4 a day. Such a shame

I think these are my favourite Myo-Insitol I’ve ever taken! I started them once I got back off holiday and had started a subscription. Because of how happy I was after my first week I’ve cancelled my subscription to order the hormonal balance bundle. Whilst I haven’t see full affects yet I have had little to no side affects from this brand, and I’m glad to support a brand made for people with PCOS by those with/fully understand PCOS without jumping on the bandwagon!
