Can I combine the Women’s Multivitamin with other MyOva supplements?
Yes, the Women’s Multivitamin can be taken alongside one other MyOva supplement, such as Myoplus, Balance, Metabolism, or Hair, Skin & Nails. To avoid over-supplementation, we recommend combining no more than two supplements at a time.
You can take the recommended two tablets of the Women’s Multivitamin together with the full daily dose (4 capsules) of your chosen supplement. If you pair the Multivitamin with Myoplus, this provides a total of 4,350 mg of myo-inositol per day, which sits comfortably within established safe intake levels.

I don’t struggle with swallowing pills, but if you do, you can open these up and add them to food/drinks easily which I would really recommend because the taste is horrific!It lingers too which makes it worse. If these didn’t taste as terribly as they do, I’d happily buy more. I think part of the energy that it provides is probably from the strong reaction I get from braving through the taste! A quick solution if you mask the taste in a thick milkshake, which is what I’ve been doing when I’ve not hurriedly taken one in a rush to leave the house.I will say that the quality of these is amazing and they definitely feel premium. Nice bottle, nice design, and properly sealed on arrival. Will last me a while and I will definitely finish the bottle, even if it means shuddering every time because the vitamin content is great.

The capsules are tasteless and easy to swallow and the bottle lasts 30 days. I really like the dark glass jar which feels more premium and reassuring compared to plastic. It’s also a nice touch that the formula is vegan friendly and free from gluten preservatives and artificial colours. MyOva supplements & teas are natural food supplements and everyone will undoubtably have a different experience. Any nutritional change to diet takes 4-12 weeks for effects to be seen, so we recommend taking MyOva for at least 2 to 3 months.

Folate is a natural form of Vitamin B9, found in food sources like leafy greens, fruits, and legumes. Folic acid, on the other hand, is a synthetic form of Vitamin B9, often used in dietary supplements and fortification of processed foods.
While both forms can be converted into the active form of Vitamin B9 in the body, Folate, which we use in the form of 5-Methyltetrahydrofolate Calcium, is better absorbed and utilised than Folic Acid, making it the preferred form in our supplements.
After extensive research, we decided not to use D-chiro inositol due to some small studies suggesting that the supplement may impact your chances of conceiving.
An Italian study found that women who took D-chiro inositol had fewer eggs and lower quality embryos compared to those who took a placebo.
Because many of our customers are trying to conceive, or plan to in the future, we want to ensure that we offer the most effective solution.
All the ingredients of MyOva products occur naturally in the body and in certain foods, and should cause no side effects if taken at the recommended dose.
Myo-inositol can cause nausea, tiredness, headache, and dizziness if taken in excessive dosages. And excessive amounts of Chromium supplements can lead to stomach problems and low blood sugar, and damage to the liver, kidneys, and nerves. However, side effects from taking chromium supplements are rare.
Folate is safe for most people when taken by mouth or injected into the body. Most adults do not experience any side effects when used in doses less than 1000mcg daily.
Yes, for higher daily myo-inositol intake, you can combine 2 tablets of Myoplus with the daily dose of either the Metabolism, Preconception, Hair, Skin & Nails, Balance or Women's Multivitamin. This provides 4000mg of myo-inositol daily (e.g., 1 tablet of Myoplus + 2 tablets of the second supplement in the morning, and the same in the evening).
It is possible to combine Balance, Metabolism or Hair, Skin & Nails, but we recommended not to exceed mixing two different supplements at the same time.
Taking the Balance, Metabolism, Hair, Skin & Nails, Women's Multivitamin with either our Preconception or Pregnancy supplement is not recommended.
Swallowing pills can be a challenge for many. Fortunately the Myoplus tablets are nearly tasteless and crumble easily, so you can chew them and swallow with a sip of water. Alternatively, you can crush both the Myoplus and Preconception tablets and mix them with yogurt or a similar food.
