I received a months supply bottle contains 120 tablets and the reccomend dose it 4 per day.so for a moths supply this will be quite expensive to upkeep.Some of the ingredients are folic acid,vitamin b6,vitamin b12,my-inositol,maca root extract,hop extract,sage leaf extract, red clover extract and d-chiro inositol.The capsules are average size, tasteless and easy to swallow.it dosnt state whether or not to space the tables out during a day or take them all at once.so iv been taking two in the morning and two more in the evening..I think it's too soon to notice any major changes but I do think I have a little more energy than before and my husband has commented on the improvement in my mood🙄 so I'm thinking it may have something to do with these supplements.I will update once I have finished the full course.

These appeared to be good quality boasting a number of different Vitamins and extracts to help relieve the effects of the Menopause. You get 120 capsules in the bottle which equates to a 90 day supply according the recommended dosage mentioned (4 capsules a day). This seems to be quite a high dosage compared to others which usually recommend 2 capsules / tablets a day.They are a lot more expensive than many, similar supplements currently being sold for £36.00 which are very pricey. So it is to be hoped these live up to the price and provide some real beneficial effects. This will only become apparent after she's been taking these for a while so we will wait and see what effect they have.
