It is had to tell how effective these are because I've also just started taking metformin which seems to be having a positive effect on my PCOS symptoms.Hopefully these are adding to the effect. I have been sleeping a little better and had more energy because of it.These are easy to swallow and you get a lot in the bottle.There is very little after-taste.If these are having the effect I think they are having then it is very good value for money.

I’ve tried a lot of supplements over the years and so I feel I have a good idea of when I come across a quality one and these are definitely that.I’ve researched the brand and they seem to be trustworthy and are stocked in some high street stores not just on Amazon which is reassuring.The pills are a nice size, not overly big, I have no trouble with swallowing pills though.I’ve found them to be very effective and noticed a difference within a couple of weeks. I’ve personally noticed no adverse effects.I like the fact they’re made in the UK and that they’re non GMO with no additives. The list of ingredients is impressive also, I like that this has vitamins d3 and k2 together.The smell is very strong and not very pleasant, the taste is not as strong. Again though, these things don’t really bother me.You have to take four a day spaced out between morning and evening which I don’t mind but I know may not be to everyone’s preference especially if they struggle with remembering to take them.I just leave them out where I can see them so I don’t forget.They are pricy but I think the value is there as they’re great quality.I would buy them again 👍

Really like the MyOva line for PCOS support and recently started taking these to support my early pregnancy. I've now had to stop taking these supplements due to the smell and taste of them. Great ingredients list, but not helping with my current nausea and symptoms. Their preconception and myoplus have been fantastic otherwise and taste was absolutely fine in these ones

I had to bin these after taking for only a few days - the smell was absolutely unbearable, and they made me feel incredibly nauseous. When you're already struggling to keep food down, you don't need vitamins which make it worse.

I would also flag that when I messaged the company about this (to check I hadn't received a bad batch), I received an AI generated response. I'm not keen on a women's health company relying on AI to provide advice, particularly during pregnancy where any errors in information can be quite dangerous. AI in this scenario feels ripe for error.

Great pre-natal however it smells awful.

I am prepping for IVF and most of my supplement list is ticked off with these tablets meaning I don't have to cart multiple bottles of supplements around, rattling everywhere I go.They come in a pleasing bottle and look pretty high end. The tablets themselves are slightly bigger, compared to other capsules I take, which might put some people who find it hard to swallow off. Personally I haven't find this an issue as I wash it down with a lot of liquid.Price wise they are quite expensive, especially as 4 a day means this is a months supply, but as I previously mentioned the ingredients list is superb and when you factor in the price of multiple supplements I think they actually could work out about the same or cheaper.Overall due to the hefty, jam packed supplement list and ease of use I'm quite satisfied and would buy again.

The bottle comes with 120 capsules and taking the recommended daily dose of 4 per day, 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening will have this pack last you 30 days. I like that the contents are clean and free from all the nasties making these a very good quality supplement. The capsules are a decent size, I had no issues taking them, however anyone who struggles with larger tablets will not enjoy taking these. There is an aftertaste with these tablets which I wasn't too keen on. I do find this particular supplement expensive unfortunately.
