1. The Promoter

1. The Promoter is BrighterLife Health Ltd, trading as MyOva, 80-83 Long Lane, London, EC1A 9ET, United Kingdom ("MyOva", "we", "us").
2. By entering this prize draw (the "Giveaway"), you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

1. The Giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
2. Employees of MyOva and of the partner brands supplying prizes, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Giveaway are not eligible to enter.
3. We may ask the winner for proof of age and residency. If they cannot provide it, we may disqualify them and select another winner.

3. How to enter

1. The Giveaway opens at 00:01 (UK time) on 23 October 2026 and closes at 23:59 (UK time) on 6 November 2026. Entries received outside these times will not be counted.
2. To enter, submit your email address via the Giveaway landing page.
3. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
4. Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries, entries made using multiple email addresses, or entries submitted by automated means or third parties will be disqualified.
5. We accept no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed or not received for technical reasons.

4. The prize

1. There is one winner, who will receive a bundle of products from the following brands: Cups Full, Dreem Distillery, EDEN & CO, Hair Loving, Hoopsy, Replenish, Sacred + Wild and Scentered.
2. The winner will also receive 6 MyOva products of their choice, subject to availability.
3. Prizes may be sent separately by MyOva and by each partner brand, and will only be delivered to a UK address.
4. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. If any item becomes unavailable, we may replace it with an item of equal or greater value.
5. Each partner brand is responsible for the quality and fulfilment of its own products.

5. Winner selection and notification

1. One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries using a random number generator on 13 November 2026 (7 days after the closing date).
2. The winner will be contacted by email at the address used to enter, within 7 days of the draw.
3. The winner must reply within 7 days of being contacted to accept the prize and provide a UK delivery address. If they do not respond in time, or are found to be ineligible, they will forfeit the prize and we may draw an alternative winner.
4. The winner's surname and county will be available on request by emailing kate@myovacare.com within one month of the closing date. The winner may object to their details being published, in which case we may still have to share them with the Advertising Standards Authority if asked.

6. Your data and marketing

1. We will use your email address to run the Giveaway and contact the winner, in line with our Privacy Policy.
2. Signing up to receive MyOva marketing emails is optional and is not a condition of entry. You will only receive marketing if you actively tick the opt-in box on the landing page. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
3. The winner's name and address will be shared with the partner brands only so they can deliver their prizes.

7. General

1. This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or any other social media platform.
2. We reserve the right to cancel, amend or suspend the Giveaway, or these terms, if circumstances outside our reasonable control make it necessary. Any changes will be published on the landing page.
3. We may disqualify any entry we reasonably believe breaches these terms or involves fraud or manipulation.
4. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
5. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
