Whatβs inside (and why)
Daily intake of four tablets provides:
- 4000mg of Myo-inositol to help balance your hormonal and menstrual health

Take two tablets in the morning and two tablets in the evening. If you have trouble swallowing the tablets they are nearly tasteless and crumble easily, so you can chew them and swallow with a sip of water. Alternatively, you can crush them and mix with yogurt or a similar food. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
For best results we recommend using this supplement consistently for at least 90 days.Β

Combining Myoplus with our other supplements
Combining the Myoplus with either the Preconception, Balance, Metabolism or Hair, Skin & Nails is possible. Still, we recommend not exceeding mixing two supplements at the same time.
It is possible to combine one of our other supplements with the Myoplus. In that case, you should only take two tablets of Myoplus a day in conjunction with the recommended daily intake of 4 capsules of the other supplement.Β This will give you a daily dose of 4000mg of Myo-inositol.
Taking Balance, Metabolism, Hair, Skin & Nails with our Preconception supplement is not recommended.

I have suffered with heavy periods all my life (Iβm now 40) and since I began having children 12 years ago, they became debilitating. I think these are my favourite Myo-Insitol Iβve ever taken! I started them once I got back off holiday and had started a subscription. Because of how happy I was after my first week Iβve cancelled my subscription to order the hormonal balance bundle. Whilst I havenβt see full affects yet I have had little to no side affects from this brand, and Iβm glad to support a brand made for people with PCOS by those with/fully understand PCOS without jumping on the bandwagon!

This really is a good product which I combine with the Balance option. It certainly helps PCOS. The reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is the marketing - too many emails, wording that I suspect is either "love or loathe it" and the constant "special price deals" that end tonight and then come up again next week are all very off putting. If its possible to drop the price please do it so more people can benefit from this very good product.

I didnβt think I have PCOS but Iβve always surfered from adult Acne and really bad PMS/PMDD. Recently my PMS has been horrendous and my skin and my greasiness of my hair been awful Iβve had to cancel lots and hibernated during that week from people because of my mood. Too mention im active person who does eat healthy. Started taking these mid cycle and have noticed an amazing difference, my acne around my period had a few but cleared it, my skin is so much more less greasy , Iβve had lot more energy, been sleeping better , Iβm not craving sugar in the evenings but now obsessed with savoury snacks! MyOva supplements & teas are natural food supplements and everyone will undoubtably have a different experience. Any nutritional change to diet takes 4-12 weeks for effects to be seen, so we recommend taking MyOva for at least 2 to 3 months.

Folate is a natural form of Vitamin B9, found in food sources like leafy greens, fruits, and legumes. Folic acid, on the other hand, is a synthetic form of Vitamin B9, often used in dietary supplements and fortification of processed foods.
While both forms can be converted into the active form of Vitamin B9 in the body, Folate, which we use in the form of 5-Methyltetrahydrofolate Calcium, is better absorbed and utilised than Folic Acid, making it the preferred form in our supplements.
After extensive research, we decided not to use D-chiro inositol due to some small studies suggesting that the supplement may impact your chances of conceiving.
An Italian study found that women who took D-chiro inositol had fewer eggs and lower quality embryos compared to those who took a placebo.

All the ingredients of MyOva products occur naturally in the body and in certain foods, and should cause no side effects if taken at the recommended dose.
Myo-inositol can cause nausea, tiredness, headache, and dizziness if taken in excessive dosages. And excessive amounts of Chromium supplements can lead to stomach problems and low blood sugar, and damage to the liver, kidneys, and nerves. However, side effects from taking chromium supplements are rare.
Folate is safe for most people when taken by mouth or injected into the body. Most adults do not experience any side effects when used in doses less than 1000mcg daily.
Yes, for higher daily myo-inositol intake, you can combine 2 tablets of Myoplus with the daily dose of either the Metabolism, Preconception, Hair, Skin & Nails, Balance or Women's Multivitamin. This provides 4000mg of myo-inositol daily (e.g., 1 tablet of Myoplus + 2 tablets of the second supplement in the morning, and the same in the evening).
It is possible to combine Balance, Metabolism or Hair, Skin & Nails, but we recommended not to exceed mixing two different supplements at the same time.
Taking the Balance, Metabolism, Hair, Skin & Nails, Women's Multivitamin with either our Preconception or Pregnancy supplement is not recommended.
